Our story, one bowl at a time.
At Ramen Koncept, our mission is to bring the true essence of Japan’s street food straight from our production house to your bowl. Every step from preparation to plating reflects authenticity, craft, and care.
Led by our Head Chef, trained in traditional broth-making and noodle techniques, our broths are simmered for 10 hours to deliver real Japanese flavour in every slurp.
Our menu is designed for sharing with friends and family warm, comforting, and made with intention.

Where Every Ramen begins

In the early hours of the morning, before the restaurant wakes, our kitchen is already alive. Broths are simmered from scratch, slowly building depth and richness.
Whilst the pork is gently slow-cooked until tender, allowing its flavour to develop over hours of careful preparation.
Vegetables and toppings are washed, sliced, and prepared with care always using fresh produce from trusted local suppliers.
Every bowl starts here, crafted daily with intention, tradition, and the belief that the best ramen comes from the freshest ingredients and the earliest hours.
